Description
We are searching for 10 steel construction workers to Holland for project for 4 months, job in Rotterdam in petrochemical enviroment. Start from 20.03.2017. Workers will be responsible for laying out and fabricating structural steel and sheet metal in order to build metal structures, they will welds and cut steel, interpret blueprints, and work with concrete reinforcing steel bars.
Primary responsibilities
- Build and install iron or steel girders, columns, and other construction materials to form buildings, bridges, and other structures.
- Cut, position, and bolt down steel bars to reinforce concrete.
- Repair older infrastructure.
- Make, weld, and cut structural metal in fabricating shops.
- Erect steel frames.
- Direct operation of cranes to move structural steel, reinforcing bars, and other materials onto and around the construction site.
- Connect steel columns, beams, and girders.
- Drill holes into steel for bolts.
- Number steel according to assembly instructions.
- Unload and stack steel.
- Attach cables to steel and then to the crane.
- Hoist steel into place in the framework.
- Position steel with connecting bars and spud wrenches.
- Work with driftpins to align the holes in the steel with the framework holes.
- Use plumb bobs, levels, and laser equipment to check alignment.
- Bolt or weld piece into place.
- Set reinforcing bars into forms to hold concrete.
- Fasten bars together with wire.
- Place spacers under rebar to lift bars off deck.
- Cut bars with metal shears and torches.
- Reinforce concrete with welded wire fabric.
- Substitute cables for rebar.
- Tighten cables with jacking equipment.
- Install stairs, handrails, or curtain walls.
- Make sure all pieces are fitted properly and complete repairs as necessary.
Salary 12 EUR/h netto, free accomodation (single rooms), about 50 hours per week. Monthly salary 9.500 PLN -10.000 PLN/month netto. Here is required petrochemical experience, VCA certificate (if worker doesn’t have VCA, can make in Holland for cost of worker), English communicative, good if has own car. Employment by Dutch company, on Dutch conditions. Work for large petrochemical company Exxon Mobile. Praca z żurawiami przenoszącymi konstrukcje stalowe, pręty zbrojeniowe i inne materiały na placu budowy.
Łączenie kolumn stalowych, belek i dźwigarów.
Wiercenie otworów na lewary.
Rozładowanie i składowanie stali.
Ohakowanie stali linami, mocowanych do dźwigu.
Spawanie i cięcie elementów stalowych.
Ustawienie prętów zbrojeniowych w betonie.
Cięcie prętów nożycami
Wzmocnienia betonu z siatką zbrojeniową
Montaż schodów, poręczy i ścian osłonowych.
Sprawdzenie prawidłowości montażu i dokonanie niezbędnych poprawek.
Wynagrodzenie 12 euro/h netto, bezpłatne zakwaterowanie (pokoje jednoosobowe), praca około 50 godzin tygodniowo. Wynagrodzenie 9.500 zł -10.000 zł / miesiąc netto. Wymagane doświadczenie w branży petrochemicznej, certyfikat VCA (jeśli pracownik nie ma certyfikatu VCA, może go wykonać w Holandii na swój koszt), angielski komunikatywny, mile widziany własny samochód.
