We are looking for a recruiter from Romania to work for a Danish company – Danish hiring temp agency. Recruiter will be recruiting Romanian workers to work in Denmark, workers such as welders, steel fitters, pipefitters, concrete workers, pavers, steelfixers, carpenters, painters and factory workers. Person will work remotely in Romania, online. Recruiter must have minimum 2 years experience working with recruitments projects, must be available online about recruitement projects, also sometime during evenings and weekends and must speak good English. Recruiter will be hired by Danish company. First trial period for 1 month with salary 6000 dkk per month netto (after taxes), and if cooperation will be good from next month salary would be 8000 dkk/h netto. Danish hiring agency will insure worker in Denmark and laster also in Romania, also pay in Denmark additional things like holiday money (12,5% brutto), SH and Danish pension. Additionally worker will receive each month +1500-2500 dkk/month extra budget for cost of using phone and spending for ads.
